Hockey Knitting

I went to the Habs game tonight. They played the Bruins in pre-season game number 5. I cast-on square number 28 on the blankie I'm knitting with leftover sock yarn for my son. Square number 28 was finished by the end of the game!

We won 3-2.

I love preseason!!!!

I love the 1st game of the best hockey rivalary of the Islander's/Rangers. I love that the Islander's won in overtime, and yes I love a good bench clearer with a goalie fight.

It just doesn't get much better than that.

Hi, I'm Robyn, and I am very excited for the new season for the Habs. My family shares Season Tickets, and I'm going to 1 game per month for the entire season with my husband. (My sister usually invites me to her games too - since her boyfriend isn't much of a hockey fan - so that means more games for me!) I am NEVER without a sock project at the games. I just got my new jersey, and I'm super excited for the new season to start!

Go Avs!

The avs beat the Stars 6-3. Hopefully they can overturn their loss to the Kings last week this weekend. I got my DU Pioneer season tickets finally on friday. Can't wait for the season to start. I have no idea how they will do as all the good players went to the nhl. Haven't heard anything about the incoming players yet. Should be an interesting year. Our goalie is really good as long as he keeps his head in the game.

Frozen Four is in Denver this year! Yippee!
