The Islander's made history tonight.

But not really the kind of history that you want them to make if you are rooting for them. But then again so did the Sabres.

Ok the Sabres made it 10 for 10 still being the only undefeated team in hockey. And yes I'm not totally upset by that fact (I love Ryan Miller, and I knew the Isle's wouldn't win that game anyway so really it didn't hurt that bad)

I know few of you are very happy about this, but hey one good thing is I still get to knit and watch the game. It really didn't have the best out come for the Isle's but I'm really trying to be realistic about this season.

Happy Knitting!!!
&
Let's Go Islanders!!!

I feel your pain. We need to sneak into the Sabres locker room and put itching powder into their shorts. (And I mean that in the nicest possible way.)

I can't believe what the Sabres are up to this season, this is magic! Black one perhaps?;) Anyhoo, it's definitely not a shame these days to lose vs. the Sabres, so don't worry too much, the next game will be a winning one for your guys!

Shhhh...don't tell our Sabres fans but see it's like this...the team that starts out really strong at the beginning of the season always has that slump down the stretch when it's important to be strong....shush now don't tell them our teams' secrets.

No itching powder! I object! And I am well aware of the possiblity of an end of season slump --- but not this year!

ever hopeful ....
